Coiling and boxing is an efficient, environmentally friendly approach allowing for reduced shipping costs and on-site laydown space. Utilizing our spin tables (Provided by Paige), coils are handled just as efficiently as cable reels but with no reel scrap or wasted laydown space. If required, harness and cable spooling can be provided.

As Paige Renewable controls the manufacturing process, DC Harnesses, extender cables and home run whips are custom sized and fabricated to accommodate wire management on a project-by-project basis. All cables are pre-cut, stripped and pinned in our highly automated production facilities. Harness assemblies can be customized to project specific configurations with respect to dimensions, connector types, wire gauge, and fuses sizing. Paige works with all connector and panel manufacturers assuring connector match at the panel connection point. Robust testing assures your materials meet the most ridged industry requirements and standards.

Working closely with the site installation contractor, Paige will customize harness and cable kitting to reduce installation labor. Packaging by row, combiner box or load break disconnect are common options included in our base pricing. This packaging process utilizes packaging developed to protect your materials from the elements for extended periods of time. Our use of siliconized PV connector dust caps, removable pallet rain covers, and LOTO connector caps (if required) help ensure you get the most efficient use of your site labor.
